Role and Responsibility:

  • Run the floor
  • Manage Inventory
  • Manage crew members
  • Receive Inventory
  • Customer Service
  • Shift day-end or mid-shift reports
  • Balance shift
  • production planning- Manage product readiness according to project sales
  • Instruct batter-fry on product drops
  • Maintain food safety
  • Maintain cleanliness
  • Prepare schedule and communicate to staff
  • Coach and train new members
  • Contact maintenance and repair vendors for preventive maintenance
  • Send monthly sale reports and service invoice for fixtures such as hood, grease trap, etc. to landlord

REQUIREMENTS

  • Previous QSR experience mandatory
  • Grade 12, college degree or diploma
  • Ability to integrate with diverse team of people
  • Willingness to coach and train new people
  • Quick learner
