Role and Responsibility:
- Run the floor
- Manage Inventory
- Manage crew members
- Receive Inventory
- Customer Service
- Shift day-end or mid-shift reports
- Balance shift
- production planning- Manage product readiness according to project sales
- Instruct batter-fry on product drops
- Maintain food safety
- Maintain cleanliness
- Prepare schedule and communicate to staff
- Coach and train new members
- Contact maintenance and repair vendors for preventive maintenance
- Send monthly sale reports and service invoice for fixtures such as hood, grease trap, etc. to landlord
REQUIREMENTS
- Previous QSR experience mandatory
- Grade 12, college degree or diploma
- Ability to integrate with diverse team of people
- Willingness to coach and train new people
- Quick learner
